Chief Executive Officer
Scott is a strategic business leader with a passion for creating value in emerging industries and communities. With expertise and a wealth of experience in the health and wellness sector, Scott combines his natural entrepreneurial ability with strong vision and follow through. He has a deep understanding of the complexities of managing ever-evolving businesses.
Personal specialties include helping to develop and lead cross-functional teams, producing and employing marketing and brand strategies, creating sustainable value, and fostering growth through innovation & operational excellence.
Chief Operations Officer
An entrepreneur with a successful track record launching brands in multiple cosmetic, health and wellness sectors, Lee-Anne has amassed vast experience in the South African Cannabis industry over many years, including being appointed as a Responsible Person at a licensed cultivation facility in South Africa.
Lee-Anne is currently seconded to the Morama Holdings cultivation facility in Lesotho, and is an expert QA, licensing and compliance consultant in the cannabis sector. She brings a pragmatic approach to on-the-ground execution and collaboration, driving operational strategies that are hands-on and tailored to the unique context of each project. Her passion for medical cannabis starts with reverence for its cultivation – not only agriculturally, but from a brand, consumer, producer, community and human perspective.
COUNTRY MANAGER
Moelo Ramahlele, with an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Bangor University, Wales, is a driven health professional with 19 years of dedicated service in the public sector. Recently retired as the Director of Mental Health in the Ministry of Health Lesotho, Moelo has been actively involved in various boards of substance use organizations both in Lesotho’s private sector and within the government.
She also served as a board member for the Lesotho Narcotics Bureau of the Ministry of Health. Moelo brings extensive experience in establishing cannabis businesses in Lesotho and is a proud member of the Phekoane Cannabis Association of Lesotho.
Chief Financial Officer
Melissa is a highly skilled and qualified Professional Accountant (SAIPA) with a solid foundation in accounting and finance. She successfully completed her articles in South Africa under the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the prestigious University of Pretoria.
With a strong academic background and a commitment to excellence, Melissa has gained valuable experience in various commercial operations. Her expertise extends to financial setups, where she has demonstrated proficiency in ensuring the financial health and compliance of various organisations.
Melissa’s dedication to her profession is evident through her continuous pursuit of knowledge and adherence to professional standards. Her comprehensive skill set and hands-on experience make her a reliable and capable professional in the field of accounting.
Head of Cultivation
As the Head of Cultivation at Morama, Jos has amassed his considerable expertise through years of hands-on experience, and an enduring passion for both the art and science of growing plants.
A living testament to the power of experiential learning, he’s honed his skills over many years through trial and error, learning the nuances of cultivating plants first hand – including the intricacies of working with cannabis, from the ground up.

Operations Manager
Lineo is an Operations Manager with a commitment to driving excellence and compliance in regulated industries, particularly the dynamic field of cannabis. Her journey has combined education and experience, to equip her with the unique skills required to enhance organisational processes and facilitate effective communication, both internally and externally.
Her particular interest and expertise lie in assessing, analysing and improving operational workflows critical for maintaining compliance in the cannabis industry. She is committed to finding new ways to optimise processes, within regulatory constraints, backed up by an effective and transparent operational communications strategy.
